This committee meets monthly by phone to guide the asset management / deferred maintenance process. This includes the monitoring the actual audits undertaken by individual colleges for consistency across the province, setting standards for how data is stored in VFA and generating reports on system level deferred maintenance.

This committee has also been working with the universities and the Ministry on making sure all post secondary asset management data is comparable.
